Mike Diehl has a keen understanding of law and the fair treatment of people learned by observing and emulating key role models in his life: Father Robert E. Diehl, JR. who is in his 52nd year of practicing law and his late great-grandfather, the honorable Michael Kivko, who served as President Judge of Northumberland County Court of Common Pleas. Diehl has been certified to serve as Magisterial District Judge since 2011.
Diehl was born and raised in Northumnberland County and resides in Point Township with his wife of 21 years, Melissa, and their son Jacob. After Attending the Williamsport Hospital Paramedic Program, Diehl has had more than 10 years serving his community volunteering as Emergency Medical Technician. As a small business owner, Diehl understands the concept and importance of maintaining a strict balanced budget and would bring that philosophy into the Magisterial District Judges office.

"If elected, I will be a full time Magistrate and give my undivided attention to the office. I would be firm but fair. I would like to implement the Substance Abuse Treatment Court program which is dedicated to educating our youth on the dangers of drugs and alcohol and give them an opportunity to get their lives back on track. I would also like to initiate community service programs to provide them an avenue to work to pay off fines and costs."
I respectfully ask for your support.
